1. Acceptance of Terms

All materials on this website and within the MindHYVE.ai and DV8 Infosystems ecosystems—including code, content, trademarks, AI models, algorithms, prompts, data outputs, typefaces, designs, and branded visuals—are the exclusive intellectual property of MindHYVE.ai, Inc., its affiliates, or authorized licensors. These materials are protected under applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws, including trademark, copyright, and patent law.

This includes, without limitation:

• Trademarks (registered, pending, or claimed under common law), such as MindHYVE™, HYVE™, Ava-Fusion™, Ava-Theology™, Ava-Finance™, Ava-Healthcare™, Ava-Legal™, Ava-Education™, Ava-Retail™, Ava-RealEstate™, Ava-Marketing™, Ava-Insurance™, Ava-Technology™, and AI agent identities such as Chiron™, Justine™, Theo™, Sage™, Arthur™, Eli™, Teresa™, Skyler™, Carter™, Issac™;

• DV8 Infosystems and MindHYVE visual identities, including logos, logotypes, animations, cinematic sequences, UI/UX interfaces, and brand design systems;

• Proprietary fonts, including the DV8 custom font (wholly owned) and Espacion, which is commercially licensed through YouWorkForThem.com for unrestricted business use;

• AI-generated content, data outputs, structured prompts, workflows, and decision-making systems developed through Ava-Fusion™ and associated model architecture;

• Software, frameworks, and underlying technologies that may be subject to pending patent applications or reserved patent rights in the U.S. and abroad.

AI Agent Likeness Notice:

The names, voices, visual likenesses, personalities, and any form of digital or fictional embodiment of AI agents (e.g., Chiron, Justine, Theo, Sage, and others) are original character-based intellectual property owned by MindHYVE.ai. These likenesses are protected by trademark, copyright, and likeness laws applicable to fictional, virtual, and AI-driven brand representations. Unauthorized use, replication, adaptation, impersonation, or portrayal—whether human or AI-generated—is strictly prohibited.

Trademark and Patent Notice:

Use of ™ designates claimed trademarks under common law or pending registration. Use of ® designates federally or internationally registered trademarks. Certain proprietary systems, software layers, or AI orchestration technologies may be subject to pending patents. Public disclosure or third-party usage of these assets does not constitute a waiver of patentability or intellectual property enforcement rights.

Use of any of the above materials—whether through reproduction, adaptation, public performance, reverse engineering, co-branding, or visual representation—is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from MindHYVE.ai, Inc. This includes public appearances, media distribution, investor outreach, press activity, or regulatory filings such as at DFPI Pakistan (April 2025) or equivalent international events.
